Programmer for multi-jurisdictional emergency information
system. Maintained three SQL servers providing access to law and
fire protection records systems. Report generation and modifications.
Report building in Hummingbird BI and Crystal Reports for all
stages of event recording.
Citrix Administration. Assisted
in upgrades and installation. Training and Client Service. Developed
simplified/improved Citrix access architecture.
Time Clock and Scheduling System.
Tracking hours worked and building an online employee history
for a mid-sized manufacturing company. Visual icon based interface
adapted to make managing employees simple and quick. Allowed for
remote office locations to clock in/out along with local employees.
Built in reporting gave insight to worker performance and punctuality
as well as tracked holiday, vacation, personal time.
Website/eCommerce integration.
Using a KISS ideal, built several proprietary ordering sites for
clients to use. Tallied individual orders; notified appropriate
individuals via e-mail; and generated end-of-day reporting.
Software/Hardware Asset Tracking System.
Developed database which saved client $20,000 by locating missing
and/or misplaced software and equipment after a physical and internal
audit. Integrated hardware maintenance logging for determining
problem systems, hardware or connectivity.
